Narrative description of Project:
Design, prepare course material and conduct training on Goal setting, Effective Communication, Memory improvement, Human relation skills, Developing success conducive positive attitude, Team work, Stress management, Pranayama, Self introspection, Meditation., developing values and ethics. Each batch of 20 employees are trained in 10 days each @ 2 days per batch in five weeks. They are made to implement each days training in the two days gap, write action plan for each days learning, progress monitored on each day. Review training is conducted after two months and after 4 months and results ensured. This has been helping them both as individuals, contribute to profession, society and nation
