Building up inter personal skills with colleagues, juniors, seniors, public, society and family How to overcome tension and worry, How to improve memory, Leadership and team building, Pranayama, Meditation, How to motivate self and others, Bringing in changes in methods, equipment, tools, product, process Goal setting and achieving with determination, Development of values and ethics, Self-introspection practice daily for self-correction and for bringing about changes within, Practice of maha mantra “KNOWING IS NOT DOING, DOING IS DOING”,
